I saw this asked on the Service Manager Technet “General” forum today and thought the answer was a custom control…
So, I threw together a new control. Following on from my previous post, this can be added to the incident form using the same technique.
When the form is opened, the checkbox is ticked as shown above (as opposed to the default of not ticked).
Also, if you untick it, when you click “Add” to add a new analyst comment, the checkbox is ticked again.
